ToyToy the talking elephant was made for use in commercials series.

He's an animatronic hand puppet. The electronic eyes blink and have x/y movement, (mechanism by Creative Engineering). The hands are cable controlled.
ToyToy was made out of soft polyurethane foam, cast in a polyester mould. The mould had an exterior form and a core. In this way we were able to determine the thickness of the plastic blank, and therefore the flexibility of the puppet.
