Photographer Ernst Yperlaan asked us to provide a plaster cast for the model. It had to be easy to put on and not too uncomfortable during the photo shoot. As it turned out this photo won an ADCN lamp.

This tap was physically made. The reflection was real. We went to Tulleners the famous brass-workers in Amsterdam. They turned a long cone on their lathes, which they bent and chrome plated. The bend in the cone is well over the maximum that brass can normally bear without breaking!
